Service Agreement and Payment

Project Scope: All service details, including pricing, project duration, and specific deliverables, will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work (SOW) provided to the client before work begins. This document governs the specific project.

Fees and Payment: All quoted fees are paid according to the schedule outlined in the SOW. Work will not commence until any agreed-upon initial payment or retainer has been received. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Cancellations: If a client cancels a project after work has started, Millennium's Gate Publishing House retains any portion of the fee covering work completed up to the date of cancellation, along with any non-refundable deposits.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Client Ownership: Upon full and final payment for any ghostwriting or content creation service, the client retains all intellectual property rights and full copyright to the material produced by Millennium's Gate Publishing House. We transfer all rights without restriction.

Millennium’s Gate Rights: We maintain the right to use portions of the work solely for marketing and portfolio display after publication, unless explicitly restricted by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed by both parties.

Client Responsibility: The client confirms that any source material provided to us does not violate the copyright or proprietary rights of any third party.

Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

Revision Rounds: The number of included revisions will be detailed in the SOW for each service (e.g., unlimited revisions for writing/editing, two rounds for design). Revisions extending beyond the agreed scope or number may result in additional charges.

No Guarantee of Success: We promise to provide professionally executed services. However, Millennium's Gate Publishing House does not guarantee specific sales volumes, bestseller status, or financial returns resulting from the use of our services.

Limitation of Liability

Millennium's Gate Publishing House, its directors, employees, or associates will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, or special damages arising from the client's use of, or inability to use, our website or services. Our liability to the client for any claim related to the services will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any substantial changes by posting the new Terms on this website. Continued use of the service after such changes confirms your acceptance of the new Terms.
